What Happened to New Features?

If you are a follower of the "What's New?" list, you might these days be wondering to yourself, "What happened to the fantastic new features lately? I remember a day when new features flowed into Bonanzle like water down the Mississippi. Gimme more of that!" What happened is growth, lots of it! There are a list of numerous features that we have been hoping to add to the site for the last couple weeks, but our foremost priority is always to ensure that Bonanzle is fast and bug free, and keeping those two requirements satisfied in the face of our incredible growth has been a very difficult, resource-intensive proposition lately. But never fear. While I suspect that the rest of this week will probably be filled with more stability/performance improving measures (goal of Wednesday is to eliminate the lags that tend to happen on the hour each hour when we're doing fancy server stuff in the background), my hope is that next week we will have a reprieve from focusing on stability/performance, and can go back to more fun tasks, like combined shipping discounts, custom booth categories, and a WYSIWYG description editor.
