This small carving of a woman is done in a natural and unpolished light wood and is a very attractive abstract nude. She is resting on her legs with her arms raised and resting on her head. She could be in a Yoga position, stretching or expressing grief. Without knowing what was on the Artist's mind it is just a guess. The body show off fluid curves in a figurative style. The wood has a lovely grain that you can see running from the legs to the arms.

She is in excellent condition as you can see by the enlarged pictures and is approximately 3 ¾ inches tall and is about 3 inches long from her bottom to her knees. She is 1 1/4 inches wide from shoulder to shoulder.

This is a lovely piece to add to your collection of hand crafted figurines. She would make a great gift for anyone who appreciates the beauty of the human form.
