Buyer and/or their Representative MUST PICK UP Table and Accessories no later than 10 days after Notification of Payment Clearing otherwise Buyer FORFEITS their Payment and their Table and Accessories.

*OUT-OF-TOWN BUYERs MUST HIRE and PAY their own Mover/Transporter/Freight Shipper (''Buyer's Transporter'' aka ''Transporter'') for Transport, Delivery, Shipping, etc. of the Bernhardt Dining Room Table and Accessories (''Table'') from the Table's current location to Buyer's location. Seller will arrange the Table's Pick Up Day/Date/Time DIRECTLY with the Transporter.

Transporter MUST PROVIDE Seller with a CO-SIGNED LEAVE BEHIND COPY of the Transporter's RELEASE FORM written on the TRANSPORTER's LETTERHEAD. The Release Form MUST STATE IN WRITING the CONDITION of the Table at the Time of Pick Up as well as the Day/Date/Time of Pick Up.

The Release Form will be co-signed by the Seller and Transporter at the time of Pick Up with a co-signed copy given to the Seller. ONLY AFTER Seller has received their copy of the CO-SIGNED Release Form will the Table BE RELEASED to the Transporter. Seller's RESPONSIBILITY for the Table and all that that responsibility entails ENDS the instant Transporter takes possession of the Table.
