9th Anniversary: Free Customer Marketing

It's time to celebrate!

Hello everyone! Grace here, excited to tell you about all the things we've got up our metaphorical sleeves for this year's Bonanza Anniversary celebration. It's been nearly a decade since Bonanza was founded, and like a fine wine, we've only been getting better with age. This is thanks to loyal sellers like you, who have been giving us major warm and fuzzies over here at Bonanza HQ. But enough about feelings. Let's get to the details of this special week dedicated to celebrating our wonderful sellers!

Customer marketing just got easier.

You might remember awhile back when we published this blog about creating a customized marketing campaign to drive repeat buyers back to your booth. You already know that on average, you are 7 times more likely to sell to an existing customer than to acquire a new one. But coming up with the right marketing campaign can be difficult, tedious, and time-consuming. With that in mind, we can't wait to announce a new feature for the Customer Marketing Tool: pre-made campaigns. 

That's right, y'all. We've created pre-made campaigns to make running a marketing campaign a bit easier. Now, when you navigate to your marketing campaigns, you'll see a few pre-made options to select from. 

You can preview any campaign before you select it. Once you've chosen your campaign, you can alter any details you'd like, or simply publish the campaign as-is.

But wait! There's more! 

Because we're in celebration mode, we wanted to make it worth your while to try out our new pre-made campaigns. If you create a pre-made campaign between June 19th and June 25th, Bonanza will cover the cost of your final value fees for up to five sales made from using a pre-made campaign. Here are the promotion details:

  • The sales must be the result of a campaign created from our pre-made campaigns.
  • The maximum campaign length is two weeks. 
  • The cost of the waived final value fees cannot exceed $50 total.

To try out our pre-made campaigns, click "Marketing Campaigns" in the Customers tab of your Selling Dashboard. Keep reading to find out about a few other promotions and contests going on in celebration of our 9th anniversary!

What better way to celebrate Bonanza’s 9th Anniversary than to dress up a little? Customize your booth during the festivities and enter to win a deluxe booth prize package. Shoppers will see these attractive ads displayed above your listings and want to stick around to browse and learn more. This exclusive pro member feature can be found in the Booth Appearance tab of your Booth Settings.

As you mingle, use your booth profile to introduce yourself. This is your opportunity to tell your shoppers what makes your business so special. Your customers will be convinced that making a purchase is a great idea after hearing about your company’s history, the quality of your products and your passion for customer service. Make a lasting impression. Spiffy up your Profile via the Account dropdown menu on the upper-left hand side of any page. Whether you go black tie, creative casual, or all out sparkle, use your booth features to show off what makes your business and our community so unique. Enter to win by June 23, 2017. Hello.

Bonanza’s newest blog mentioned that we could save an additional 25% off on different membership levels in recognition of the 9th Bonanza Anniversary.

However, I’ve got some questions on the membership pricing.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP:

How much did it cost annually before?
It shows $12 a month annually right now. When I click on the Sign up link, the price shows $140. Then when I click on the See Monthly Pricing link, it says $20.
So, it is hard to tell what the additional 25% came off of exactly.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP:

Basically the same questions as above accept Gold shows $18 a month annually and when I click on the Sign up link, the price shows $216. Then when I click on the See Monthly Pricing link, it says $40 a month.


A blurb from the blog under the “If you like free things, keep reading” heading:

“You can freshen up your banner in the Title & Overview tab of your Booth Settings. Add a few fun accessories for that perfect finishing touch.”

What do you mean by Add a few fun accessories….what is Bonanza’s definition of this?

Thanks for your questions. Our Annual Membership Sale features special pricing on Gold, Platinum and Titan Memberships. Silver and Titan Ad Memberships are not included in this promotion.

The regular price of an annual Gold Membership is $290, and the discounted sale price is $216. That’s a little more than 25% off. In order to make annual and monthly price comparison easier for sellers, we display annual membership pricing as $X/month billed annually. You can view the annual price of any membership when you select “Membership pricing options: Annual” and “Sign up now” on the memberships page. If you click “Membership pricing options: Monthly,” you see the price for a monthly membership subscription.

The “few fun accessories” mentioned in the Booth Beautification contest are simply freshening up your booth banner and updating your About Me and Booth Overview sections. There are many other things you can do to make your booth stand out (like include contact information, links to your social media, and so on) but those few things are the minimum requirements to qualify for the contest!

May I ask a question? If we use the pre-made campaign, and change the discount percent are the fee’s still waived?

Hi, Once_Again! Great question. If you use a pre-made campaign and change the discount percent, the fees will still be waived on a sale made fro that campaign. Some sellers might find the pre-made campaign to fit their needs perfectly, while others might use it as a great starting point and will customize as necessary.

Thank you, Grace. My booth is still so new that I am not yet set up on social media how I would like to be, so at this time I will probably not worry about the contest. BUT, I may very well take advantage of the Gold Membership at 25% off. I do not see it going any lower than that so that I can give it a try over a period of time.
