Hello fine fellows. We've completed our biggest update to search since we launched traits more than a year ago. You can now search for combinations of traits, see traits that contain few items, and generally navigate the search experience more rapidly than was previously possible. We're super excited about these enhancements, though as usual, we will be keeping a close eye on the first couple days for any potential issues with this new setup.
Our other notable change this evening putting our Beta Affiliate program on hiatus. After carefully weighing adoption of the program vs. the confusion that it caused to some of our sellers, we ultimately decided that seller syndication and the affiliate program were not merited at our current stage of development. As we continue to grow over the next year, we will re-evaluate whether we may want to re-add the affiliate program. In the meantime, any sellers that had been subscribed to the program have been automatically unsubscribed. Any affiliates are encouraged to check their affiliate reports on the affiliate site and report to us if they have any outstanding balance that hasn't been paid to them yet.
Next on the horizion... allowing sellers to specify taxes! If the prospect of collecting taxes doesn't get you excited for our next blog post...I wouldn't really blame you. Yeeehaw.

Looking forward to checking out the new search.
I was searching for jeans for my daughter last night and loved the new keypad that helps you choose sizes. Totally Cool!
Two thumbs up to the search enhancements! Just ran a multi size & style search on womens shoes and the results came up perfectly. The checkbox concept will surely be a big help to shoppers!
I just typed in search JEANS and this is what I got

Ah, IE 9.0. We have very few users on that version yet. You’re quite fashionable! ; )
We’ll take a look ASAP.
Thank you, Alex. I will look forward to trying it out.

@ CrittercreekRanch – Glad you like IE9. I hear it’s a big improvement over version 8. Also, try search again. It should be fixed now.
woohoo it sure does work great job! and I see the email buyers is working too! fantastic thanks!!!!
I have a problem with items in my booth on search. The first item is a necklace, bracelet and earring set. It is listed in the title as FarFan (designer). If I type in FarFan in the search there are 0 results. Thanks in advance for the help.
This time I tried and it worked. Doesn’t happen all the time. It may just be the ghost playing games.
