i was hoping you were gonna say you would advertise Bonanza more until that happens this site is still unknown!!!
Hi @Elizavella, we have been doing a lot more advertising for Bonanza on social media sites such as Facebook and other channels. Channels where we can provide targeted ads and track results closely. Our plans for building out advertising and marketing to tell the world about Bonanza are ambitious for 2024. Thanks for the encouragement!
how much is this going to cost us…?
the last time you said “we love our sellers” you forced us to either pay a Credit Card Processing Fee to print off a shipping label or a $2.00 mandatory shipping fee if we didn’t print the label in order to ship an item.
now this…

Hi @Planet_Earth_Toys we are proud of providing the lowest credit card processing fee to our sellers. You can avoid the credit card processing fee all together by setting up a shipping fund in your account.
We are even more proud of providing the lowest rates available for FedEx, UPS, and USPS that you can find anywhere. We’ve been fortunate to have sellers take us up on our low price guarantee. So far, our rates have been lower than all of the other shipping service provider rates that sellers have submitted.
We also commit to making additional seller requested shipping updates to how labels are purchased, simplifying the seller settings, and adding low cost international shipping labels. Keep the feedback coming, it only helps us get better and provide our sellers more!
Good! Bonanza needs to attract more buyers
We agree, @OlikoOliko! Seeing double digit growth in buyer traffic and conversions in the second half of 2023 was encouraging that our efforts behind the scenes are paying off. Now we are hard at work on plans to further grow traffic for our sellers through multiple channels and marketing in 2024 and beyond. Bonanza succeeds only when our sellers succeed!
Having been a Bonanza user since before it was Bonanza I have seen the ups and downs of this site, however, if we could actually get traffic to our booths I think that would be an amazing and extremely important step toward success. Bonanza is a great site but if no one knows we exist then it is all for nothing.

We just don’t want to be forced to use your labels. Your rates are not lower than other platforms and your shipping label platform takes me 3-4x longer to click through than anywhere else. I refuse to have a fund set up with you, no other site charges extra to not have a fund. You do. It’s an awful decision on your part. Literally, let us print shipping where we choose and import a tracking number without the $2 fee. It’s not difficult.

Now if you would just do away with the credit card processing fee for printing labels on the Bonanza site it would be good. Either that, or give us the option of paying with our PayPal funds where the money for the sale went in the first place.

As an established seller on other platforms (Etsy specifically), the Bonanza listing platform I find is much better, with exception to the 15 second product video option available on Etsy.
My biggest concern and what Bonanza really needs to focus on is customer traffic. Bonanza’s traffic is far below that of Etsy and Ebay. I routinely direct all other platform sales (Etsy, Ebay and Amazon) to Bonanza, but with little to no conversion, which I still can’t wrap my head around since my Bonanza listings in addition to offering more targeted products are also discounted.?

Thanks for your feedback. We have increased our advertising for this year and by using targeted ads we expect to see more traffic. Once the Bonanza brand is more widely recognized, conversions will increase. Thanks for your help in getting the word out by directing traffic from other platforms. Your support is much appreciated.
I hope this will bring more traffic but can you explain how it would bring more traffic to Bonanza or am I misunderstanding and this will not help to bring more traffic to Bonanza….

I would love to see more traffic on Bonanza too. I’m a buyer not a seller. Would someone please look into rewards we can cash out at 10,000 and up? It would be nice if those rewards were in larger sizes please. We don’t have anyone in our families who can wear size small, mediam, or large. 1 x is stretching it as far as sizes go. Most of us wear size 2x or larger. These little Oriental sizes where one size fits all has never been helpful to our families. Thank you.
