Hello, welcome to our website. Here you’ll find accessories, most of which are handmade with love and dedication. We sell and manufacture handmade accessories for women, men, and children, as well as materials for making them.
Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING RATES
STANDARD shipping is via USPS for domestic use.
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2 to 5 days after shipment.
Shipping times do NOT include processing time, which can take 2 to 4 days.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
NOTE: ANHELOSACCESORIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED BY THE COURIER.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The processing time is 2 to 4 business days after placing the order.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the second shipping charge. In this case, we will contact the customer to issue an invoice for the shipping cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to no fault of our own. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at anhelosacceoriosusa@gmail.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you must email us with your product contact information; anhelosacceoriosusa@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
