Our designs lean toward ethnic yet fashionable and accessible. We keep the designs simple because we believe jewellery should be timeless, effortlessly elegant, and highlight natural beauty rather than steal the show. All of our made to order jewellery pieces are handcrafted in our workshop located in Surat.

Shipping policy

1.Orders are shipped within 3 To 5 Maximum business days after the payment is received.
We will send you an email to confirm the outgoing date and give you the estimated arrival date at your address. We keep you updated regarding the status of your order.
We ship worldwide to almost all major countries.
Delivery within US & UK takes 10-15 business days after item is shipped. This depends on the mail service we send it by. Please note that we may ship via different mail services. Other International shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs
Kindly note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries. We are not responsible for the amount of duty or any other related charges.

2. Ship Worldwide, ship by USPS post. usually need about 2 To 3 Week. Sometimes the speed of logistics will be delayed, but there is out of our control, thanks for your understanding.

Return policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
