Payment: The prefered method of payment is Paypal or Google Checkout, or U.S. Postal Money Orders only. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. All international orders must be paid through Paypal only. International buyers please make sure you are aware of your country’s customs policy before placing an order. Product Guarantee: All products are 100% guaranteed genuine. We do not sell any Asian, bootlegged, or stolen goods in regards to DVDs/CDs. All in stock items will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. You will be notified immediately by email or phone if any item is not in stock. Full refund will be given.
Shipping: All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. The quoted shipping prices reflect the most economical way of getting your product to you. USPS is the preferred method of shipping; however, we do reserve the right to use Fed Ex or UPS grounds for orders that exceed 5 lbs. If this is a problem for you, please email us before placing order for approval.
Returns: Please see each product description. If product received is not as described in listing or is defective, a full refund will be granted. Buyer needs to contact seller within 3 days of receipt to report issue. Both seller and buyer may be responsible for shipping expenses incurred for any return depending upon the situation.
