Ordering More? We’ve Got You Covered: Just add each fig to your cart before checkout – we’ll bundle them up in one box with flat rate combined shipping so you save while you stock up.

At Brick Flair Figs, we do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. All figures are assembled and inspected prior to shipment. But sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If you receive a damaged item, or incorrect product. We guarantee a satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement or refund for you,
All we need is a clear photo of the item(s) showing either the incorrect item, or the damaged area of the item and email it to us, along with your order number to our customer support team at support@brickflairfigs.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, once approved we will get a replacement or refund sent to you right away.

Order not received:
You can check the status of your delivery.
If your item has not arrived within 15 days after having ordered, contact our support team at support@brickflairfigs.com, for a replacement order or refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original condition
