Shipping policy
I ship withing 1-2 days after payment. If there is damage to the insect from shipping, immediately take and send a picture. This is extremely rare, as we ship all insects in a 6×4×2 box with glassine envelopes and cotton.

Shipping Address
Please check to make sure you have the correct shipping address at checkout. Your purchases will be shipped to the address given at checkout on your order. If the item is returned to me, (the sender), due to an incorrect address by you (the buyer), then you are responsible to pay the additional shipping charges.
