Shipping policy
No frills shipping. This means there’s generally no box or added extras to your package. This reduces waste & cost to you. Sometimes your purchase does ship in a jewelry box to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. If your purchase is a gift send a quick note and I will ship in a jewelry box at no extra charge.

None: All purchases finalAfter 25 years selling jewelry online I have had to make the hard decision to not allow returns & refunds. As a small business I was losing thousands of dollars a year in jewelry that was damaged long after it was received. Vintage is pre-owned, pre-loved jewelry.
My new jewelry is never owned, never worn jewelry. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect we offer returns and refunds for new jewelry only.
I will happily take more photos, answer questions or otherwise help you make an informed purchasing decision.

Miscellaneous details
If you have a problem with your jewelry please send me a message and we’ll fix it together. Please notify & return your jewelry in 7 days of receipt.
Lost Mail/Non Receipt – The USPS uses GPS technology to track the exact location when your package was delivered. If USPS tracking shows delivered I will assume you have received your package. In the unlikely event you don’t, I will work with you through the USPS and local police department to locate your package.
Shipping – I ship 6 days a week not counting USPS Federal holidays. Orders before 8am EST ship same day, after 8am EST will ship next day. All packages are sent with tracking. Shipping is free for USPS Ground Advantage.
Signature Tracking – Historically significant jewelry or very expensive items will ship with signature tracking. I understand this can be an inconvenience. It is for your purchase protection to make sure no one receives your package but you.
