At Home Fixtures Outlet, we take pride in offering high-quality open-box and discounted home goods. Due to the nature of our products and pricing, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@homefixturesoutlet.com. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a return or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items
