Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Purchases on Bonanza are covered by the Bonanza buyer assurance program and optional product warranty coverage is available at checkout for a nominal fee. All purchases are shipped U.S. Postal Service and are protected from loss or damage in shipping by the carrier.

As a courtesy to the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right at the Sellers sole discretion and without any obligation to do so accept returns and or provide exchanges, refunds and credits in an amount deemed appropriate by the Seller subject to the following terms and conditions.

Items are sold as is and all sales are final unless otherwise provided for in writing by the Seller as a courtesy to the Buyer. Accepting a courtesy return or providing a courtesy exchange, refund or credit to the Buyer shall in no way serve as an acknowledgement by the Seller of any failure to perform any duty or obligation to the Buyer and shall not bind the Seller to any other responsibility or legal liability including the payment or refund of any shipping fee.

When offered by the Seller in writing returns for a courtesy credit, refund or exchange must be for the original unaltered item purchased from the Seller and must be returned by the Buyer in the same condition received unless otherwise agreed to by the Seller in writing.

Failure of the Buyer to report item return policy discrepancies to the Seller when requesting a courtesy return may result in the Seller rejecting a return and sending the item back at the Buyers expense. The Buyers failure to pay return shipping in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the item by the Buyer and the Seller may retain the item as liquidated damages.

The Seller may at the Buyers request assist in resolving shipping issues, but any loss, damage, or delay incurred in shipping beyond the Sellers control shall be the responsibility of the Shipping Carrier and the Buyer agrees to hold the Seller harmless in such cases.
