Shipping policy
We ship all items manually with USPS. Days of the week: Monday-Friday – Hours: 9AM-5PM and Saturdays: 9AM-12 Noon. We can of course use another service at your request if needed such as UPS or Federal Express but need to be emailed within 24 hours so we can make proper arrangements.
Notify us as well if you need insurance coverage on any shipping item(s).
We do provide a combined shipping cost if you purchase more than 1 item.
All returning customers we get a 10% discount off as well.
Our Return Policy is as follows: All items need to be returned in the same condition as they were originally in or as listed in our booth. Please email us first of a return-Email is raycas7264@gmail.com or Telephone us at: 1-321-292-0890 so we can give you a Return Authorization Code and Return Address of our location.
As soon as we receive the return item(s) back we will provide the refund in full.

Our team ships out daily : Monday-Friday – Hours: 9AM-6PM and Saturdays: 9AM-12 Noon – we usually use the United States Postal System and as a courtesy can use another service if needed such as UPS or Federal Express. At this time we can only ship in the United States – if for any reason you are outside the US we can ship to a family member or a friend in the US for you.
