SHIPPING POLICY
– WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service speed.

Possible Delays

We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and fair. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, including the delivery day.

Items must be:

Unused

In original condition

In original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Our original shipping cost (flat rate: $12) is non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING OR AFTER DELIVERY

We carefully inspect and securely package all items before shipment.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs:

During transit (shipping carrier damage)

After delivery (e.g., due to mishandling by the customer)

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to lost or damaged packages.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items damaged during shipping or after delivery

Items that are used, modified, or not in original packaging

Items returned after 7 days

Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or non-functional, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
DOA items that are verified will be eligible for a full refund, including return shipping.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post).

Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).
