Shipping policy
We ship all orders same day when received by 12:00 CST. Orders are shipped Monday Thru Friday, excluding U.S. Postal holidays. Orders over 300.00 require a signature at time of delivery by carrier. Please note that carriers can require a package signature for values less than 200.00 if the safety of the package might be compromised at your location. Please check your tracking number on the carriers site for the most complete tracking information.

Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysOnly new, never assembled detectors and metal detecting accessories are accepted for return. It is the buyers responsibility to understand how a metal detector operates and works before using. Please visit the manufacturers site for videos and operating manuals prior to purchasing. BUYERS WILL INCCUR A 20% REFURBISHIG FEE ON RETURNED DETECTORS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR PREVIOUSLY ASSEMBLED.
Metal detector must be returned in its original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items. All items must be in working condition and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty card (if applicable) and instruction manual. No damage to the machine and/or any of the accessories including no dents, scratches, scuffs and open sealed packaging. Your detector must be placed in the manufacturers box as received. Units returned that are not properly packed will be returned to the customer.
Defective Returns or Missing Package Parts
If you believe you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturers service center within the warranty period for a replacement or repair of your accessory or metal detector. Minelab, Nokta, XP and Garrett customers must contact the manufacturer direct at the information provided in your manual (we cannot replace or repair accessories or metal detectors from facility as per manufacturers policy). Please contact the manufacturer for return procedures or visit their website for more information. Defective metal detectors claims will be checked by a certified technician to verify if a unit is defective.
