Return policy
RETURN POLICY for PHYSICAL GOODS: I will refund purchase price only if the item is not as described in the listing text and accompanying photographs. Before returning an item, buyer must contact seller via email to determine if item falls within the parameters established herein and, if returnable, to make mutually acceptable return arrangements. An item qualifying for return/refund according to the previous definition will be accepted by seller only if received by seller within 14 days following date of original delivery to buyer’s location. Item and all related materials must be returned unused in original shipping container with packing components intact. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When returning parcel to seller, buyer must obtain a verifiable online delivery confirmation or equivalent tracking number.
