USED ITEMS: Used items are sold as-is, and have no warranty or guarantee. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. [Note: If the item package is damaged during shipment, we will work with you filing a claim to the shipper, and your item will be refunded, but proof of damage will be required, and you should leave the package unopened until instructions are received from kasalesonline / King Marketing.
NEW ITEMS: All items listed as NEW are eligible for returns ONLY if they do not work, or the package is damaged during shipment causing damage to the item, at which time you should contact kasalesonline / King Marketing before you open the package. Returns are NOT accepted on any food item, health or personal items, for clothing (make sure you order the right size and color), or anything deemed as “buyer remorse” by kasalesonine / King Marketing.
