Return Policy
All Sales Final (Non-European Customers)
For all purchases made outside of Europe, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Policy for European Customers
In compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) 2024 and applicable European laws, customers within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom are entitled to specific return and refund rights as outlined below:
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
• European customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to cancel their purchase without providing a reason.
• To initiate a return, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day window, either via email or through the designated return request form on our website.
• After notifying us, customers have an additional 14 calendar days to return the item.
2. Eligibility for Return
The returned item must meet the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments or cosmetics) are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
European law states that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Items that are custom-made or personalized for the customer.
• Items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., bedding or intimate items) and have been unsealed after delivery.
• Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, European customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.
