Hello! My name is Andres. I’m a music producer and singer. In the search for a friendly, durable, and modern studio desk, nothing satisfied me. I was working during the pandemic producing music ALL DAY LONG seated at my workstation, so I needed something I like to work with.

So, in 2021, my adventure started. I started designing some models with features that I believed were the best. That’s when I created the prototype locally here in California. By 2022, I had tested and improved three prototypes. In 2023, I finally achieved what I wanted – NAVE, the most incredible Studio Desk Workstation.

I then decided to find a partner who could help me produce the design I created. That’s when I discovered GCON, a Chinese company that works with high-quality designer furniture and exports worldwide, connecting with Shelly Xie, head of sales and projects. Finally, in October 2023, the first units of NAVE arrived.

It was a huge learning curve, and I thank my family and God for all the support, love, and help.

Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

At Nave Desks, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will communicate these delays promptly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options, if available, may take 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order’s progress via the provided tracking number on our shipping partner’s website.

Damages and Lost Shipments:
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@navedesks.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated on the resolution.

Address Changes and Shipping Errors:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

In the event of a shipping error due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return policy

Return Policy:

At Nave Desks, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers you the flexibility to return your item under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@navedesks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

Final Sale Items:
All items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
