Hi, I’m Shana’e aka Persephone XVIII, an Omni-Path, Author, Artist and Passionate plant botánica , business owner, creative designer. In this shop I have plant cuttings , rooted and unrooted, starter plants, plants, succulents, and curated selections of artwork, fashion and decor (made by me).

POLICIES:

Some items in this shop include a 2-year warranty and will be marked as such. All other listings apply to the original policies listed below.

All plant sales are final unless a special case has occurred. I ship almost daily.
Please give them water and low light for the first few days before acclimating them to their final location.

Persephone XVIII cannot guarantee the health of your plant once it is in your hands.

Persephone XVIII is providing plant materials to the recipient without any guarantees of the variety and cultivar identified by the nursery grower or its suppliers. We do our best to use plants’ proper, botanical names, but we are not breeders and may unknowingly misidentify an exact cultivar.

Plants may have superficial markings that do not detract from the value of the plants. All plants are sold “as is”.

Persephone XVIII cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions that people or pets may have coming into contact with our products. Please use caution when purchasing plants where pets or young children may be near them.

Plants are securely packed with sustainably sourced wood fibers and/or polyester fiber fill. Plants will need to be carefully unpacked, watered, and acclimated to bright light.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to Persephone XVIII, the order will be canceled immediately. If the customer still wants the item, they are responsible for the cost to re-ship.

Even in fair weather conditions, and with the gentlest care, plants that travel through the mail in fair weather conditions are going to have a few things happen sometimes. These may be leaf drop, bruising, wilting, loss of color or yellowing leaves are normal. We do not accept responsibility for carrier mishandling. (Please utilize insurance)

Shipping policy

Address must be corrected during checkout. If I need to reprint a shipping label you will need to repay for shipping. If the package is returned you will need to repay for shipping.

I work with all budgets and people however I will only work with those who honor the divine energy exchange. Meaning if you setup a payment arrangement and choose to dishonor our exchange I am no longer obligated to honor your request. All payments will be forfeited.
