Shipping & Returns Policy
Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after receiving payment. For shipments sent via Korea Post, USPS, or other national postal services, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and local postal conditions.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the item is in its ORIGINAL condition — meaning new, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If the tags are no longer attached but still included in the return, we will issue a partial refund.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund right away. You will receive a message confirming the completion of the refund process.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges (both ways).
Order Cancellation
If you request to cancel the order after payment has been made, and the reason is a change of mind, please note that a 5% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from your refund, as this fee is non-refundable to us.
