Can anyone tell me what these are?

Yes, they are poppers. You flip them down with your wrist to make a col sound. These often had advertising & are very collectible.

I just can’t tell from your picture. Could it be a candy box for Christmas. What are the measurements. Does it have slots and tabs to put together?

EDIT – Wow! I obviously wasn’t privledged enough to have such a neat toy when I was growing up. We have some very clever Bonz people.

I can’t make it out at all, is it paper? Your picture is unclickable so can’t enlarge it to see what it might be, and when I tried to blow it up in my photo viewer it’s too fuzzy.

They look like the old paper pop guns. When you move them in a downward motion fast the inside pops open and makes a neat noise.

I think its a paper pop gun also at first thought they where Christmas candy envelope but yeah they look like the POPPER GUN.
