Without going through all the previous threads- Is there any way to do a search in the reviews? Do these reviews show up on similar items after a person does a search?

I have noticed that when you do a search, if available catalog items come up first and if they have a review than you can see it..
otherwise except for the above link…I have not seen anyway to access catalog or reviews
