I need info any you can give about a lighter i purchased in an auction in southeastern ohio. it is round brass with screw off silver cap where the wick is and it still sparks. it also has a picture of pres. woodrow wilson on 1 side & i it has some green

I have this Lighter it’s in really good shape, it’s made mostly out of Brass it has a silver screw off cap that covers the wick & then you can spin the wheel & it still sparks so if filled which i’m not going to mess with it would work i’m sure with a new flint & fluid. It’s round in shape on 1 side has a picture of Pres. Woodrow Wilson & it’s very clear it’s him on the other side there is also a picture & a name i can’t make out it has more green patina on that side it says maybe patrice patricia or patrick maybe not sure the pic i’m not sure is female or male if it’s female she has some sort of weird hat i’v never seen before if it’s male it looks like a gladiator hat the tall mohawk looking kind. If anyone out their knows anything about this lighter or where i could look. I’ve looked & looked on the internet and can’t find anything remotely like this lighter. i’d like to sell it sometime but don’t know if it’s worth a fortune or worthless i’m sure with the president on it it’s worth something. Please help if you can Thanks Deanna
