Account activation

Hi,
I’ve created my account 2 days ago and it’s still not activated (while saying it will be done within 24 hours, and even sooner).
I’ve opened 2 tickets for that and each one, after a while sent me an email saying I’ll get answered within 12 hours (and mostly answered within 4 hours…)

Needless to say the all these time schedules has passed…

If anyone knows how to get the account active please let me know :)

I have no idea what the problem is, but for future reference it is best to not send more than one ticket for a given problem. It only slows the process down.

Check your email messages (both personal and Bonanza mail) to see if there is a message from Bonanza Support asking you to do something or asking for more information before they approve your items.
