Activating my booth

Hello everyone! We are new here and trying to figure some things out. We have everything imported from Ebay but unsure/unable how to activate my booth. I have tried several different ways but cannot seem to figure it out. We have gone through the help pages but dont see a step by step way to go about it. What are we missing? Thanks!

Go to Sell on Bonanza
Add or Edit items

Look at the items to see if they have a green button (pale or dark) dot..if green the items are ready to list, if yellow, the items are not complete and are missing information.

Go to upper Right Corner and click on Big Green Button

If Booth has never been activated the it will say Activate Booth and after the first time it will always say Update Booth

Once activated and listings that are live will have a Dark green dot when on the Add/Edit page, listing complete and ready, but not active will have a pale green dot, listings not ready will have a yellow dot

If your booth is new as of today, the booth may not activate without support approval

Also, as stated, make sure all your account info is entered.

This is what it would look like…pale green-ready, dark green-live listing, yellow-missing fields or not ready

OK so one MORE thing… when I go to the ‘update items as a group’ tab and then go too ‘item basics’ and then ‘set items as ’for sale’’ then it states in a green [URL removed] One or more recently added items in your booth require administrative review. Booths are reviewed within 24 hours (usually much soone

er). So I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or what (it has been way more than 24 hours since my initial import.

Have you completed all the account settings? Are your imported items showing up? If the answer is yes to both questions, then, I think all your need to do is go to “Sell on Bonanza” then “Add/Edit Items” and then on the far right click on the “update booth” button. If there is anything else you need to do before your booth is updated, it will tell you I believe.

Just checked today 2/16 and your booth seems to have all your items. Very nice!

OK I think everything is up! I am not super sure, but it is looking like it!! Thanks for all the help!!

OK so I did all the things you are saying and I do believe I got it, would one of you, at your earliest inconvenience (no rush, going to dinner anyways soon) take a look and see if you see any items in my store? I see them but cannot tell if they are active. Thank you all so so much! So nice to have awesome responses and not the usual catty crap you get from Amazon and Ebay!

Oh one other thing, the green dot is there, I do believe it is pale (not sure what the non pale looks like so am guessing about that). When I hover over it, it says, “your item is ready for sale. It will be officially for sale when you activate your booth”. However, I believe I HAVE done that

lil_nitelite says: February 14, 2015

but I am not so sure…. feelin a bit dumb here so sorry for the wordiness!

you will need to contact support…since I see you sell handbags, these are items that bonanza has to review…Contact them and see if they can go ahead activate for you support@bonanza.com

None of those show up for me. I get this One or more recently added items in your booth require administrative review. Booths are reviewed within 24 hours (usually much sooner). You will be able to update your items’ statuses after your booth has been reviewed. Please help!!!!

I have several imported eBay listings to review.
Ideally, I’d like to make a listing “live” AFTER I review/edit the listing.

Is there any way that I can “stall” or “hold” some listings from going live – before I [ACTIVATE BOOTH].

How or Can I list single imported listings/items to be live on Bonanza?

My booth is active but my Items never go “live” it always show pale-green circle

it’s been 2 months already I never sold any items because my items never live

how do I get my items live? I already fill all account settings, clicked Update Booths countless times too

try to contact support each time you add product to make sure bonanza support know. because sometime we need to follow up and remind the bonanza support.

I agree – new here. Followed steps above – did not see a big green button.

Has been two weeks I set up my booth, but haven’t activated by Bonanza. Already sent an email to Bonanza for few times, but never get reply. Between where to find “Active booth” button as I never saw it before in ‘add or edit item’page?

I think there is vague instructions on booth set up. We need step by step instructions with photos. Until we see our store 100% activated with live listings. This will prevent time wasted with back and forth e-mailing support.

I am already blogging about this ordeal that we have to go through. Bonanza has really bad customer service, I think only one person is running this platform. They have no live chat set up to deal with sellers complaints. I myself put up a few items, but they were removed, and yet other vendors get to sell the same items I had for sale. I already posted my ordeal on twitter to all my 20k followers.
