Amazon payments - can't see transactions

I had my first sale on Bonanza but did not receive an email from Amazon and cannot see the payment on the Amazon Seller Central website. When I try to log into merchant view of Amazon Payments, it always takes me to Seller Central, where I see my Amazon sales but so far don’t see a transaction from Bonanza. I see people referencing “Amazon Payments Advanced Production View” but I have no idea how to find that. Please advise.

I had this issue also…(thanks to Judy Bluepenny for help)

When amazon switched from Checkout by Amazon to Amazon Payments

1. They no longer notify you of a sale…You will have to depend on the notifications from Bonz or check Amazon Payments on a regular basis.

2. The sale does show
Log in like you did for CBA
Go to Orders
Upper left on the title bar there is a drop down menu
Select Amazon Payments (Production view)

![URL removed]

your order will be here.

Also note you no longer enter shipping methods or tracking at Amazon. They will just send the money after 14 days. Well, that is what they say, though I am still waiting after 5 weeks…I may go ahead and cancel Amazon Payments as I am really not getting many sales with it and lack of help at amazon is disappointing and waiting for weeks for money is not acceptable

If need more help
bluepenny who is also bonz employee, was very helpful for me…send message to support with Attention Judy in subject title
