I just sold my first item and only use amazon pay. Problem is I can’t tell if the person has actually paid for the item. My seller account at amazon indicates a zero balance but bonanza says its time to ship. Can anyone help me understand this?
Thank you so much.

On Bonanza in items sold, does it show paid? if so it should show some info on the payment. There are two different type of Amazon accounts, Amazon pay and Amazon seller account (not sure the exact names). You should have received a notice of the payment in your regular email. Make sure you are checking your correct payment source.

While I dont have an Amazon Payment account, just taking a shot in the dark here….
Since this was your first sale here, maybe DOUBLECHECK that the info you entered here on Bonanza for payment does not contain any typos. Perhaps it went to a different account if it was entered incorrectly here. Again, only a guess.
Best of luck.

Please, check this post (TrinketBox), maybe it will be helpful in Your case as [URL removed]

“When amazon switched from Checkout by Amazon to Amazon Payments
1. They no longer notify you of a sale…You will have to depend on the notifications from Bonz or check Amazon Payments on a regular basis.
2. The sale does show (…)".
Good luck!

I had the same experience recently and the link that ArtistUnion gives to TrinketBox’s post is correct. You have to go to your sellers account and in the drop down menu you will find it in Production View. Wish I had known this at the time. Gave me some stress. :) .

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
