I was just reading the forums on Etsy (however the images they have of mine are from my Bonanza shop) and found this [URL removed]
wallpart.com is using tons of etsy sellers images, these are taken by the site right from the sellers listings.
Then offer the image for sale.

Their using mine and tons of other etsy sellers images.
To see if they are using your shop, just type in your shop name on their side.

READ THIS that was posted above first-
Just found this article. It appears they are a phishing site.

This is on their site
“WallPart Respect the copyright of others.
This means we don’t steal photos or images that other people share as own.
We don’t have a base of images, and don’t host or store images on the our servers.
Only Wallpart.com helps users to find images that interest for them, the site uses data of the most known third-party search engines.
The process of the search goes on an user’s browser.
Users make search queries by themself, all content displayed in a window of the browser is received from third-party search engines.
Displayed images are loaded from third-party servers, and they aren’t hosted on our site.
When the user make the order, we get the image from the user, he is responsibility for use.
Wallpart.com doesn’t bear responsibility for the images received from users.”
- Not using the English language well…..
Anybody know how to stop this? I don’t understand how anyone would want a poster of doll clothes.

Here’s link to page to report a violation to them, Wallpart.com, [URL removed] I searched 2 of my brand names and found many of my listing photos. Only thing about this violation report form, there is space for the page url where image(s) in question are found. Would take a lot of time to re-submit a form for each page where we found our images, though one page url displays several images. We could also use a trash email, like from trashmail.com, if we don’t have an auxiliary email address for spam email.
Don’t know if I’ll bother or not. Afterall, there are scores and oodles of offenders doing these types of things now. We have to choose our battles and not waste time on stuff that we can’t prevent. Thanks for sharing this info though.
Take care,
Sandi

Should not go to this site at all. It is a phishing site. They get into your computer or get CC info. By filing dmca they can get email and other info.
I got WOT app and they have a dangerous rating and many bad reviews.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
