I have a buyer that posted a negative feedback on our account. Their feedback is an outright lie. PayPal resolved a dispute in our favor, as we had tracking confirmation (and their own messages) showing that they had received the advertisement that they had purchased from us. Is there any way of getting this completely inaccurate feedback removed? For now, we have responded to the feedback… but we’d like to see the record cleared.

Were you able to get the feedback removed? I have someone who claimed they didn’t receive their package, but they received it after leaving the feedback, and didn’t have the common courtesy to update it to reflect that. Very misleading.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
