I am not able to update my booth banner. Anyone else having trouble with booth banner not loading up?

Me too! I keep selecting the banner to upload but it never changes. I’ve made sure it’s the right format, I’ve made sure it’s the right size but it never works. Maybe contact Bonanza?

Been having the same trouble as well and contacted support multiple times. They said the tech was working on it and it would be resolved within the hour but that was over 6 hours ago. I even cleared the history etc like they suggested but still wont upload my own banner.
