Anyone know if global shipping program is up and running?

I read on this board a little while back, that the Global Shipping Program was down due to some issues. If that was true, how do we know when it will be back up and running? What about the items that are currently listed as being able to be shipped to the Global Shipping center? Should I remove the “calculated by bonanza global shipping service”? I’ve searched but am unable to locate any information about the outage (for lack of a better term)

I have not heard anything. I’d just signed up last week, when Support responded to my msg that program was on hold. I haven’t done anything because my sign up processing seemed to be hung.

I’m looking for a msg from Support or a blog post when program is ready. Remember reading that we were to go to PPal and open up international shipping, but I haven’t done that.

Remember if you’re going to use PayPal, you need to have that set up too. Found out last week that feature (accepting international payment via PayPal) is ONLY for PayPal business accounts.

I’m not sure, I have a personal account only, but when I inquired they (PayPal) stated it needs to be a business account, BUT they also said they have a work around. Not sure what that is yet, still waiting for answers.

Where can we find the documentation in the future?

YES! I have the Bonanza Global Shipping and it is not working, I have received 2-orders fron Canada, I have International shipping and always have. Bonanza sent me two emails asking for approval but without shipping. I never had this problem when I used USPS International shipping. I have had to refund one order and cancel the other. I an goinng to find away to switch back to USPS.
