I am about to buy from their booths and I am curious as to their credibility. I am well aware many people have been scammed through bonanza.

It is not the site that scams, it is the seller, this can happen on ANY selling site Not just bonanza. I have been here for years and I have purchased from members here, and i have never had a problem
However, I agree with PlayfulPetPalz, send them an email regarding lets say, asking when the item would ship for instance or anything else. See how long it takes them to reply to you, that is usually good indicator of what kind of seller they are.
Read their feedback…If you are uncomfortable with anything there, then do not purchase.
And even if an issue does arise & you cannot settle it with the seller, if you pay thru paypal, you are covered for up to 6 months, I believe it is.

I can’t vouch for either personally (not sure if it’s a good idea to be naming them the way you did???), but you can look at a seller’s profile and see when they last logged in. Just go to their profile and look on the upper left hand side, next to their logo. For the first booth you mentioned, it shows someone was last active on 02/06/17, today, so it isn’t an abandoned booth. That’s a good indication.
If you’re still worried, I would contact the seller with a message and see how quickly they respond to you. I’m not sure asking in here by booth name is the best idea.

This is something you have to judge for yourself by looking at a couple of [URL removed]
1) The seller’s feedback (both the feedback earned on Bonanza and any feedback the seller may have imported from eBay). Many times, sellers use the same User ID on several sites. See if you can find that seller elsewhere and check out their feedback. Obviously, the higher the positive feedback number is, the more likely it is that the seller is OK. But, also watch for high feedback numbers that also have high negative ratings included.
2) Their profile page that will show the last date they were active in their Bonanza account.
3) Consider how long they have been selling (the date they joined).
4) Consider the number of items that a seller is offering. If a seller is offering thousands of items that are very expensive, there is a high probability that the seller is a drop-shipper that takes orders and has a supplier who ships you the item. Not that there is anything wrong with drop-ship sellers, but I’m always extra cautious when it comes to purchasing expensive electronics and expensive jewelry.
When purchasing from ANYBODY, make sure that you are protected by your payment source (PayPal,
Amazon Payments, etc.) and that the merchandise you purchase is something that the payment source will protect you on if you don’t get your item or if it is not as described. Also, scammers can position themselves on any selling site. In fact, if a seller is a scammer, they are soon rooted out by management.

I’d like to add that if a seller responds to emails in a timely fashion, this will give you an indication that they are around and managing their booth. I use this kind of logic when shopping on the internet whether it be Bonanza or anywhere else.
This and the buyer’s feedback is just as important to me.
Editing to [URL removed] I see that you basically already got the same response from MaydaMart. Great minds think alike :)
