Batch edit problems for anyone else?

I am having problems with the batch edit. Has anyone else had any of these problems?

I cannot change the shipping costs, when i try, it shows it was applied, then i look at my booth and they are still the old price.

Also, there was someone in my booth that left a private message in my chat, and i can’t delete that either.

I wrote to support a couple days ago, but i have not heard back nor received a message that they even received my support ticket.

OK, UPDATE! I figured out the batch edit. you first have to clear any domestic shipping you have set up, THEN put in the new batch edit shipping costs (if you are working with the shipping, as i was)

HOWEVER, I still cannot clear the private chat messages that show up from others. I X them out, refresh, and they are still there.

I am having the same problem! I am trying to get ready for the black friday/cyber monday event some sellers have coming up, and i cannot use the batch edit! it is doing the same thing as JewelryStyls booth. Also, in my booth chat window, when someone was trying to privately message me,and it shows in my chat window, i can’t delete the message. I x it out, and it stays there! Please help

I just wrote to support, waiting on an answer.
