Bonanza daily tokens vanishing

Hi

I rarely miss my daily tokens. But lately there have been a few times when I KNOW I clicked my tokens the day before, but the next day it shows I didnt get tokens for that day. At first I thought I was just forgetful but now I KNOW its not me & is something odd going on in your system. This has happened 1 too many times & is bizarre. Just wondering do we have ghosts lurking in the system lol.

Thanks

Joe

I have had the same problem, it has seem to have fixed it self. Unfortunately the how or why is unknown.

I am having the same problem. Missing two days in a row. There one minute, gone after two days.

Shoplifters go for the tokens first. (Just kidding.) Mine have been recording fine, and like you, I click every day. I would use a little calendar and circle the dates to reassure yourself you did claim them, not that I’m saying you don’t, but it’s good to know so if you do miss them you can tell Bonz when they didn’t record. Also, I have clicked the tokens icon, allow it to process, leave the page and then come back to it (not using the backup arrow on your address line at the top). Then you can see if it has tabulated your claim. Takes a minute longer but, again, will verify to you that it functioned as expected. If it fails to record, do it again until it does or you contact support.
