Bonanza says my refund rate is poor>
but the last refund i gave that made this come up,was for a buyer trying to scam.
They just signed up that day bought something for $99 and wanted it shipped to a different place other than the ones entered in bonanza and paypal.
I then canceled the order. This should not count toward refunds.
I like that bonanza is doing this but it should know the difference in refunds

It also counts against you if the buyer decides to cancel an order or returns an item for any reason.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
