Forgot the Bonz are enjoying 80 degree weather so can’t chat :-( Need to know if anyone can tell me why my items seem to be stuck in “view similar” mode- in other words when I click on one it only shows the "glimpse"’ view with all of the "similar listings below- unless I click on “show full description”- this is a new one but if I were a shopper I would be very put off by this so need to get it fixed. Have checked all my settings, refreshed my booth etc- all the obvious- so, geniuses :-), can someone help me?

Go to Account Settings
Buyer Settings Tab
Show related items from all sellers when viewing item page Yes No
make sure this is set for NO
also if you are checking with a mobile device….then it will also show that way..
PS if it is set to YES…this is where you will see all the tags that were given items also…the more it was tagged the more areas it shows in results…

I checked your booth and also searched and found one of your items on the regular search and the view is complete and as it has always been. So it must be something on your end.

I clicked on a couple of the products in your booth and brought up the complete listing with no problem.
Have you cleared your cache, logged out, logged in again, etc? It sounds like it’s something on your computer, rather than on Bonanza’s end.

What browser are you using gearseller2?
IF you are using Firefox with the new FASTfox addon, it will be showing you what you see. I got rid of the new FASTfox and it stopped the annoying “see similar items”.
I don’t know if this will help, but I thought I would sound in with the thought! ;)

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
