Buyer paid through Amazon Pay and the order is not shipped yet. Once I process the refund through Amazon, does anyone know if she will be able to resubmit her payment here on Bonanza, or do I have to relist her items so she can buy them again?

You will have to file for refund of fees, just like any refund (cancellation) and as far as I know you will have to relist, but you can just go to the invoice and tell it to relist the item. She will have to purchase again through another method.
