I have tried to import items from eBay. I am new to Bonanza and only see one “unique item” imported but it showed 250 search results from eBay also in my booth. I am guessing it did not import auction style listings? But anyway I have changed a lot of listings to “buy it now”, and I need to do a second import. When I try I just get the regular booth view of my one posted item and no other options. Is there a time frame, and if so can I request to do another import sooner as my first was unsuccessful? Thank you, Nickels.

Hi @RobertB1052,
Thanks for reaching out and glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue. By default, the eBay importer will only copy active “Buy it Now” listings to your Bonanza booth. If you have auctions or unsold items you’d like to import, you’ll want to update your sync settings. Go to the “Import from eBay” page and cancel your current automatic sync, then use the link to show the advanced options. Check the boxes to import listings without a “Buy it Now” price and/or unsold items and then reimport.
You can read more about the eBay importer on the following [URL removed]

Hope that helps!

Ok, sorry for the quick question from before but I have found my answer. I chose to un-sync my eBay and Bonanza accounts and added more items as fixed rates on eBay. I then simply chose to sync the two back together and it successfully imported my items. This worked for me but any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Nickels.

- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
