when someone visits my booth, the first thing they see are the POPULARITY items. I want my newest listings to appear instead. How can I get NEWEST to take the place of POPULARITY when my booth opens? Since I don’t have a lot of sales, the same “popular” choices (the most had 4 views) keep showing up.
In my own experience, when I go to a booth, I look directly at the items shown. For a long time, I didn’t even notice the “choices” on the right side of the page. I wonder if new visitors do the same thing.

Only memberships can change the booth sorting, all others are the default which now is Popularity…

If I’m not mistaken, I think it’s OPTIONAL for a Potential Customer to also pick the VIEW he/she wishes to use while scrolling through your booth. Again, I’m not positive about this, but I think it’s that way, just thought I’d mention such for an FYI in case newbies are reading these and want all the info’ possible about ’’choice of viewing entire booth by “Sort by” button option.

All visitors have the option to view however they choose.
I hated the ‘highest first’ because I have very few expensive items, so the front of my shop NEVER changed. I would have preferred “Newest” since it would always be changing. I don’t remember it ever being ‘newest first’.
I’m okay with Popularity, as that should also change over time, but newest still gives repeat visitors a different look.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
