Can't change my banner.

Want to import banner from my computer, but it doesn’t happen even with proper dimensions. Forced to use Bonanza Gallery photos. I also tried to import a Bonanza photo to my computer to add text, then tried to import back to my banner header…didn’t happen either. What am I doing wrong?….thanks

For two days I had issues in the description area. My page would jump up and I could not see where I was typing. There have been a lot of glitches. Hope it was only a daily one.

Problems still have not been resolved, your not doing anything wrong, its on their end.
