Cant' make changes with batch edit

I check items I want to edit and click the button for the change I want to make and the green box “Apply changes no items selected” doesn’t change.

Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks.

I am having constant problems with this website and bugs. I can copy and paste a line to three different spots in the same listing and it won’t be the same length three times. I can enter traits and they are gone when I save. I can use different fonts and colors underlining and highlighting

I can use different fonts and colors underlining and highlighting and when I view the listing it will all show up as plain text no formating left justified. Shipping profiles will not save. This is what I can think of right now. My trouble tickets are deleted and I get ignored!!

This site is a piece of garbage and I’m close to closing my account. I have spent 7 hours today trying to get one listing to look right it has become a full time job and I can’t get to anything else

I have been trying for over a week making changes with the batch edit on my two (2) stores and apply changes and the items selected doesn’t change. I send in trouble tickets and no reply. I wonder if any one can help.

I’ll put in my two cents too…I’m in complete agreement either these comments. since

I reopened my store, nothing but glitches. Help from support, when it DOES come, hasn’t been helpful. Rare sales, other than thru eBay, and paying higher % when something does sale here, 16 % last sale, plus paypal fees. Hate to be a complainer, but the last few weeks have been really frustrating!

For over 3 week trying to make changes with the batch edit.It does not do the changes. I hear from Shelly Breuer,Bonanza Staff with her say sorry and that it will be working in a few days.We are paying for a service that we are not receiving.

Hi @whimseys,

Thanks for reaching out. We have received reports of the batch editor being down. We are currently in the process of revamping the batch edit page. Our team is working hard to fix the issue and we hope to have this feature functioning as normal very soon. We do apologize for any inconvenience thank you for your patience as we make improvements to the site!

Kind regards,

“very soon”- does that mean today or next week or…..?? Very soon is very vague..revamping sounds like a major overhaul……

yes, having similar problems, can make no changes using batch editor, started yesterday.Didn’t seem to matter what items I selected or what feature I wanted to use, kept giving me the message that “no items selected”. Perhaps has something to do with the implementation of the instant editing. However, not being able to use batch editor is a big problem. I know we are to contact support with any problems, but that in itself is a problem as contacting support via email is often futile as your message just ends up in a que & you have to await your number coming up in the system & that can take days…

Thanks. I’ll start the process with support. Maybe a bonanza member will see this and comment.
