Over the years, I have refined the categories within my booth, paying careful attention to ensure that items were searchable using those categories. Imagine today my surprise to find that my category of beads – which is a large part of my stock – had totally disappeared. Instead there was the broad category of “jewelry and watches.” I know I have been sick for nearly 2 months, but my brain has not been impaired, and I did NOT make that change. How did it happen? And why did it happen?

I see glass beads as a category in your booth. Did you make the change to that?
