Confused with google shopping

I have my advertising set at 16% on bonanza.
I checked a few of my items on google shopping and they show up.
But i have a heart & moon necklace that is not showing up. I put in the exact words that are in my title, and still nothing.
It is not showing in my stats that its suppressed or any other reason.
Would anyone have any idea why its not showing up?

Go to My Bonanza
Center of Page
Advanced Selling Tools
Click on
Feed diagnostics
Initiate a feed status review..

Should come back in about 24 hrs
It will tell you if any of your items are having google attribute problems..

If there are problems an sample list will come back from google
Click on it
It will take you to Update Items as a group (Batch Edit)
Search Optimize so that you can make corrections if necessary

My guess, probably one of the google attributes is messed up..

Also, on occasion..I find that google likes to rotate things and sometimes things are there one day and not the next….and then show up again later

I did a review of mine..it came back like this

![URL removed]

As you can see there is a problem with the mpn and with shipping.

![URL removed]

When I clicked on the mpn one, I found out what the item was and then went to Search Optimize in Batch edit..and it showed that for some reason the mpn was duplicated several times…I had difficulty trying to delete and fix, so I just re-did the listing and deleted the old one

The other one, was a shipping problem, but at present I cannot figure it out, unless it is because I offered the buyer a choice between standard and priority..anyway, going to have to check those more closely…

Thank you ccmom, i just ordered the status review. Yes, google is funny, I saw a bonanza booth on there for jewelry, i hit on it, and the booth is closed. Now why would google have that on their site? Strange.

I never received the status review i requested, so i just tried again. I do see 2 things right below the advertising options, one of them reads this & looks like its for 2 items, i have no idea what this means…also it is saying i have 0 views, yet when i look below at my stats, i do see some views….now im totally [URL removed]

Did you click on the link associated with “items rejected Edit affected items”….It should have taken you to Search Optimize, under Edit booth options….these are the items that need to be fixed, meaning that their attributes are not correct or there is some error.

I mean under batch edit (Update Items as A group)…I will they would go back to just (Batch Edit)….If under Advertising it says…0 views, there should be views and advertising views (you may have 0 advertising views) meaning no one clicked on an ad

I did click on it, it showed 2 items, the necklace i am referring to not being one of them. but it doesn’t tell me what is wrong with them.

without actually seeing what the answer was, I can’t really tell you…but go to search optimize for the 2 items and see what it says…are all the attributes there?…does something else…?
