Dear bonanza staff ... need your response please

First of all, sorry for using this community forum to contact Bonanza Staff.

It’s been two days+ since my first reply to Bonanza staff which asking me to provide or import eBay feedback, so they can approve my booth and let my items to show up on the booth. I have sent a second message to a same Bonanza staff yesterday and still no response.

It’s been very frustrating to set up the booth, adding items and uploading item files (my items are instant downloadable product), and then tried to activate the booth and make my items to be listed on the booth for hours and still no single item show up there ..

Later I know why I can’t make my items live, even I have been clicking on the “Click here to finish activating …” link sooo many times, until I got a message told me that Bonanza hold over the booth activation. The reason : Items like my product are often counterfeited and used in fraudulent sales, and Bonanza need me to import eBay feedback, so they can approve my booth.

Dear Bonanza staff,
On my first reply I mentioned that I don’t have any eBay feedback, because I never sell anything on eBay. But if you need to get my history of selling (this kind of items) as mention on your message, you can check my portfolio on these marketplaces (as mentioned on my first reply):

But If this information is not sufficient enough and eBay feedback is mandatory and Bonanza won’t allowed me to sell my ‘original’ items here because of that, I would understand and admire the decision and will delete all my product and ‘return’ the booth to Bonanza .. Please let me know your decision asap, so I don’t need to continue setting the booth up or adding more items … If in the end I have to delete it again

Welcome TheResume support takes a day to two days but they do respond. A free booth is the way to start. Also have patience when you upload your booth. It takes time to go through Google, etc. you will see your items appear. Good luck! Rita MomentsInThyme

PS- If possible, we request that you only submit one ticket per inquiry. While we are pretty good at identifying and merging duplicate requests, this takes away from valuable time responding to user inquiries such as yours. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter!

Since I can’t see your booth, I can’t tell if you have a paid membership booth or free, but if you have a free booth you are limited as to how many download items you can post. It was 10 items in a free booth when I opened my booth. Could that be part of your problem?

If not, then someone more in-the-know will have to respond.

They don’t mind you posting these types of questions here, but it is also good that you have tried the formal way of responding. It is true that we’ve had a lot of problems with sellers refusing to follow the rules and trying to exploit Bonanza and it’s sellers. No one is judging you as being that type of seller. Bonanza admin is just working hard to keep it safe here for all of us.

I’m sorry you’ve had to wait some time for a response, but they will respond. They always do. Just continue to be patient. Your situation will be sorted out and you’ll be up and running soon!

Hi @MaydaMart, thanks. It’s a free one, maybe I will take a paid membership once I’m sure it is a right place to sell my items. I’m sure this membership matter is not part of the current problem, one of the staff told me the reason why my items can’t show up on the booth because they haven’t activated the booth yet, they afraid my items are counterfeited ( no problem … ) and asked me to import my eBay feedback and show them my selling history of the items.

So I come up with the selling history and my portfolio on other marketplaces on my reply, but no eBay feedback since I dont have it. But there’s no response till now.

Hi,
They will contact you. I dont remember a time that i wrote to them, that I was not answered. It may take a few days but they will respond. Just a thought, did you check your “trash” mail and all other mail and did you put in the correct email address. Happened to me once, i put in a different email address and forgot which one i put in, and sure enough, i checked the other email address, and there was the bonanza answer to my question. Just a thought.

Writing a curriculum vitae is not easy and it is easier to contact experts immediately than to write your own text. And the work of your dreams would be very difficult to get. Fortunately, if you only ask [URL removed] for assistance, they have helped me a lot to edit these abstracts, I believe there are no problems if they do. Then the dream career is about to come true.
