Can someone tell me how to delete an item that I have put on reserve?

look at the screen shots I did before..instead of marking For Sale, choose Delete item, Apply changes

Thanks again for your help so much. The help staff is good. But they take to long to help.They need to use the screen shots like you did. Thanks again pal.

Accept hover

Selling → Batch edit items → Item basics → Delete items → Add new filter → _*Status [URL removed] → choose Reserved from menu and Apply Filter (blue button).

Then choose the item and go again above to click on the big green button Apply changes.
