My ad views (I’m on superior advertising paying 16%) have flatlined since 9-1-15. All of my attributes are filled in. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I can’t google or bing my photos or any of my items. Bonanza doesn’t show up at all as a “store” option on google shopping for ANYTHING I search for. What the heck is going on? Have had no sales since 8-31 either. Something is up, Bonanza. Did you and Google/Bing have a fight?

Sounds like you need to request a review of your Google feed to find out the source. Sudden drops in views suggests that your feed is disapproved (for whatever reason). You can request a review of your feed via your Google Shopping Management page on Bonanza (This was included in our response to your support email). Good on you for keeping an eye on it and addressing.

I am not sure. I did a check on some of my items and they are showing in google shopping. Hopefully support gets back to you soon.

Yes. I have the Superior advertising turned on. Everything but eBay is checked. It says my google feed status is good, but just suddenly on 9-1 the ad views totally stopped. Bonanza has not responded to the ticket I opened. Wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.

We have similar. Every other month the items show in google shopping and we have great sales. Then they suddenly stop. I am doing nothing different. They appeared in October, but none in November. Still none now. Nothing gets the items back on to google shopping and we are paying for it.

Mine stopped showing up in Goggle. Use to always find a lot of my listing but now find none. Wondering why I’m paying for extra advertising. Think Bonanza is spending too much time on other unimportant items rather then getting our items out where people can see them. In fact I haven’t seen any Bonanza listings on Google the last couple months…..
