It’s charged on the 5th if not paid.
This is from the help section.
“Sellers will have the option to use PayPal to pay for seller fees (PayPal option will show starting the 1st of the month, until the 5th of the month, and it will also show when you near the limits mentioned below), which will be visible as a payment option on your fees owed page. If your seller fees are not paid manually by the 5th of each month, Bonanza will automatically charge the credit card that you have on file.”
